World Relief Nashville is about working with the church to prepare God's people for works of service, so that Christ is Glorified as we serve as His hands and feet to refugee's.

HISTORY

World Relief Nashville started in 1991. In the past 17 years, World Relief Nashville in conjunction with local churches has impacted the lives of thousands of refugees from around the globe. We have been involved in settling refugees from various war torn areas and ethnic backgrounds including:

WHAT WE DO

World Relief Nashville is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of refugees. Working with the church,we are able to offer a new beginning as staff and volunteers come together to reach out and offer hope and support in this critical time of resettling.

When refugees arrive in Nashville, TN, World Relief works with the local church to help them settle into their new surroundings. Newly arrived families receive tools for self-suffiency in the following areas:

• Community Orientations

• Help with housing

• Employment Placement

• English Instruction

• Education• Transportation

• Assistance with Green Card Applications

• Citizenship Instruction

• Assist with Providing Proper Medical Care
